★ St Joe Beach: Turn left out of our home and the beach is about a 5-minute walk or head right and take the bikes or Golf Cart on a 5-minute ride to the end of our street where you will find the Windmark Beach access parking lot.
★ Windmark Beach: Located at The Village Center at the end of Good Morning Street. It is about 2 miles or 3-5 minutes' drive from the house or use the bike/Golf Cart path on old highway 98.
★ Mexico Beach is less than 10 minutes' drive with several different access point.
★ Cape San Blas is about 30 minutes' drive

★ Pool #2 is located in the WindMark village center on Good Morning Street. Pool #2 is about 2 Miles from the house (5-7 minutes' drive). This Pool will be heated Oct - April
★ Dog Park and Kids Playground is about 2 miles away located in the WindMark village center on Good Morning Street
★ 4 Miles of beach front paved Bike paths, Community walking paths and Boardwalks

Parking:
★Driveway and Garage: Driveway holds 2-3 vehicles depending on size. Please inquire if you have more than 3 vehicles.
★RV, Boat and trailer parking is not allowed (please message host if you need information to store your boat)
★There is no parking allowed on the street
Pet Fee:
★$175 pet fee/booking (max 2 pets, 50 lbs. max weight limit each). Pet must be housebroken.
★Please pick up after your pet.
★We are unable to accommodate animals other than dogs at this time.

★ Port St Joe, FL is situated in the Eastern time zone
★The property has skybell doorbell at the front door and security camera by the garage door for security. All are exterior facing.
★Signed rental agreement required for access to be provide
The property is within close proximity to open beach and ponds/reservations. You might see or encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood, including, but not limited to alligators, bears, racoon, opossums, birds, bees. wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, crickets, palmetto bugs, tree roaches and roly-poly bugs. These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We cannot control mother nature, therefore; do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay.
No refunds will be provided for inoperable amenities, appliances, internet/Wi-Fi, etc. if applicable. The owner will make reasonable effort to address any issues.
About the Owner
We are family of four and love to travel. It has been our dream to purchase a family friendly house within walking distance to the beach. Our dream finally comes true, and we can't wait to share this with you!
